Refund policy

Every Credo piece is made to order, printed just for you once you place your order. For that reason we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check our Size Guide before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at nicopv23fr@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Lost packages: if your tracking shows no movement for 30 days, contact us and we will reship your order at no cost.

Cancellations: orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before they go into production. After that, the order cannot be cancelled.
